All personal health data including weight, measurements, food logs, workout history, and body stats is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of this information on external servers.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, health metrics, or any personally identifiable information. We do not use advertising networks, sell data to third parties, or share your information with anyone.
If you choose to participate in leaderboards or community features, only your chosen username and your SweatPoints or BLS/Gains Score (numbers only) are shared. Your real name, health data, and measurements are never shared. Participation is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time.
If you connect Apple Health, data is synced directly between the app and your device's Health app. This data never leaves your device or passes through our servers.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs payment processing.
You can delete all your data at any time by using the Delete Account option in Settings, or by uninstalling the app. Since all data is on your device, uninstalling the app removes it completely.

Balanced Life offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
